Beware that in general the rates do not include the local city tax, at the moment 2€ per person per day In Pisa downtown, max 5 days.

Special deals for the congress

Grand Hotel Bonanno **** - Write to info@grandhotelbonanno.it and cite the code GO CONGRESS to obtain the following rate for a double room: 89€ up to 31 July, 73€ 1-13 August. Breakfast, VAT, WiFi, limited parking included. 33 minutes walking time (a nice walk along the river). No cancellation fee up to 48h before day of arrival. Limited number of rooms at this price.

A selection of rooms/apartments for groups

Here you can find a list of places with rates between 15€-36€ person per night, that we have found for you using Booking, Trivago, Homeaway and Airbnb. The indicated rates refer to rooms for 4 adults and 1 child, in the dates 29 July-6 August 2018. As of 10 January 2018, we counted 225 places still available. Please, note that this is an unformatted list.

Camping

  • Agricampeggio Lago Le Tamerici. This camping is located 30 minutes driving time from the congress centre, but the place is quiet and beautiful. There is a public bus connection on working days, and the camping offers a shuttle service on reservation.

If you are concerned about walking distance, please consider that Pisa is very small: the hotel you are considering is very likely less than 30 minutes walking time from the congress centre. We suggest don't putting a big priority on distance, when searching for the accommodation.
